You can. Anywhere …
You can. Anywhere there is pores, there is a possibility of getting a pimple. Especially so in plucking your eyebrows – wait for a few hours after you first pluck or get your eyebrows waxed or threaded or whichever, before putting eye makeup on, because the pores are still open and irritated from the plucking, and getting makeup inside of it will prove to either give you pimples, or clog your pores there. It is possible to get an ingrown hair wherever hair gros, as well. Hope that helped, haha!
Probably not, no. …
Probably not, no. Extra vigrin olive oil, or just plain olive oil, has more benefits than vegetable oil. Vegetable oil has a different consistency, as well, and is oilier – though theyre both oils, I know, it has a more oily feel, more watery. Olive oil is proven to be good for BOTH you skin and your hair, and it best to use for this. If you see somewhere that you can use vegetable oil, triple check for safety.
