Archive for How to do eye makeup

I have an eye infection. and my eye is a little swollen and slightly closed. How can i wear makeup on my face, and under my eyes and at my eyebrows to detract attention from my bad eye and look good and natural?

you can do this with a simple concealer and foundation. More importantly because you want to go with the whole natural look and feel why don’t you go for a mineral makeup product. It is a natural and non skin damaging method which is becoming increasingly popular among young women. My wife wears mineral makeup and since doing so she is no longer getting those "Unsightly" skin breakouts that she constantly worries about.

I have been researching this topic myself as I do not understand the method in the madness of wearing traditional makeups. I have since found out that a lot of movie studios are starting to use such products.

Natural Eye Makeup Remover

Posted by: admin | Comments (25)

I have been using Extra Virgin Olive Oil to remove my eye makeup for a year. I remember someone told me how one of their friends work at Estee Lauder’s makeup factory. The person mentioned how the giant bins they use to mix the eye makeup remover formula had to be replaced often because they corroded and disentegrated the bins. Horrified, I threw away my eye makeup removers and seek for a new option. I found that Extra Virgin Olive Oil not only removed all my makeup, but left my eyes feeling soft, my lashes conditioned and my skin supple. This natural eye makeup remover does not clog the pores or cause milia. Enjoy your inexpensive makeup remover!

My cousin wants to wear makeup. Like me, she doesnt have much experiance. Her big question is eye makeup. She wants to know what eye shadow, eye liner and mascara color would look best on her. she is a chinese- american( chinese with american pasport etc) and she is 13. She has brownish black wavy hair past her shoulders. She has small brown eyes and a little bit dark skin. Can someone help please?

Typically, Asian Americans look best with natural and neutral colored make-up. Neutral eye shadows with a little shimmer will look best on small brown eyes. So look for light gold, light pink, and some browns.

Eye liner is somewhat dangerous on small eyes. If you use a black eye liner, do not line the entire eye. It will only make your eyes smaller. Most professionals say that you should lightly line the lower lash line, and the top only half way (from the middle to the outside of the eye). I would suggest a navy or dark brown eye liner.

Mascara should be black. I would recommend curling the lashes and use one or two coats of mascara.

Beau Nelson, Creative Director of Beauté Cosmetics, takes on Smokey Eyes and shows how easy it can be to achieve that smouldering look. Don’t be afraid to tackle this challenge. As Beau shows in Part III of his Essential Make-up Tips Series, it can be done in just five minutes. What surprised me was learning that you don’t have to be too neat when applying the make-up.
