How to put on makeup with sunscreen ?

how to put on makeup with My sunscreen ?

Which should i do first, put the sunscreen on then  makeup or the other way around for the most effective use of protection from the sunscreen?

Put the sunscreen on before your makeup. If you did it the other way around, it would ruin your makeup. There are moisturizers with sunsreen that are excellent.

I use Neutrogena and they come with an spf 30 and 45, and it’s only $12. Lancome and Clinique also make them, but they cost about $35 and up.

My prom’s in four hours, and I’m doing my own makeup. How far ahead of time should I put it on? I want to have enough time to finish but I don’t want it to rub or smudge off in the meantime. I’m putting on primer, but it’s not foolproof.

I would put it on as long as you can wait until the prom so it will stay on longer:) have fun!

Okay, im fourteen years old.
I always have trouble putting on makeup,
I either put too much foundation on which makes me look pale-white,
or I mess up my eyeliner!
Usually my makeup like my foundation and blush doesn’t look natural!
Please feel free to give your opinions!

Normally at fourteen, I’d imagine your skin would be all peaches and cream and not need much if any foundation at all. However if you do want to wear foundation, applying it with a damp sponge will give it a lighter, dewy look – not as harsh.

With your eyeliner, make sure the pencil is sharp before you apply it, otherwise it’s likely to be a disaster! And make sure to blend it into your lash line for a more professional look.

When putting your blush on, force a smile and put a small amount on what is called the apples of your cheeks, where your cheekbones are when you smile.

Hope this helps :)

The natural look is best, please don’t make the mistake of a lots of girls don’t go for the orange look.

How do you put makeup on?

Posted by: admin | Comments (7)

This might sound like a stupid question but i hardly know anything about makeup and how to put it on. I specifically want to learn how to put makeup on the face. I know there’s foundation, concealer, blush, and finishing powders but i don’t know which one to put on first or with what type of brush or how to put it on exactly. So could you guys give me some tutorials or tips and also recommend some products that you guys use for your face. By the way, I have very oily skin and I also have acne problems, so if that helps any.

powder foundations:

liquid foundation:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ve5_y8po6hQ

you don’t have to watch the entire thing lol she basically explains what you need to do in the beginning

eye make up for brown eyes:

don’t pay attention to how she puts on foundation. And, you don’t have to fill in your eyebrows. If you have brown eyes, light pinks, browns, and light blues are good.

Okay, I can’t find a video for blue eyes eyemakeup, but these colors are good for them:

http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P190710&cm_mmc=us_search-_-YahooPI-_-P190710-_-1009554&srccode=cii_14934801&cpncode=20-23213984-2

you don’t have to get that exact brand, but look at the colors and try to pick similar ones.

If you have green eyes:

she’s right on the mark for green eyes. I have green eyes, and those are the colors I use! Don’t use too much eyeshadow though.

lips and cheeks:
the color depends on your skin tone, but here’s a video of HOW to put it on, but not what to put on:

then you have mascara:
I use L’oreal Telescope Mascara. It’s a silver bottle thing. It’s amazing haha and you don’t have to curl your eyelashes if you have naturally long lashes.

okay I had to put the how to apply mascara in the “what’s your source” section cause it told me I can only have 10 links in my answer haha so look there for it!

okay, and with your skin (I have the same problem) I would recommend using a powder foundation, such as this:

http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P61003&shouldPaginate=true&categoryId=5737

make sure to choose your skin tone. Also, every morning and night, I would suggest using a skin cleaner, such as one of these:

http://www.clearasil.us/category_lnd_stayclear.shtml

or, if you don’t mind taking a little more time:

http://www.proactiv.com/index.php?pactvid=kh5pued8rh6t4utfsk1hdtss5co0otlb

this really worked for me.

Also, my skin usually gets oily as the day goes on, so if you’re like me with that, I would bring a powder compact around with me, like this: http://www.ulta.com/ulta/browse/productDetail.jsp?skuId=2155981&productId=xlsImpprod641141&navAction=push&navCount=1&categoryId=cat80028
that isn’t a foundation, but it helps absorb oil in the skin

I hope I helped! Good luck! Also, if this wasn’t clear enough for you, you could also go to Dillards, Macy’s, Nordstrom’s, or any department store and ask one of the make up artists. Say you want a powder foundation though because it’s better for skin like your’s. and have fun with it! haha

Do they really look that bad underneath that they must put on makeup before they go out? Even teen girls are obsessed with makeup these days, why do they need it so much?
If there’s imperfection in your face, wouldn’t it be easier to get treatment to get rid of them instead of applying concealer and makeup every day? I know like ppl get chemical peel and their face looks great and feel like a baby’s butt. So why women?

i love makeup,
i dont wear alot.
but i like to make my eyes stand out,
my skin color to blend.
it just makes me feel alot better
walking around in the mall, streets, etc
knowing that someone isnt staring at
a pimple, etc.
